You will receive notification of receipt; if you do not have said notification within 72 hours, please contact him again. Suggestion: Please proofread papers carefully before submission.

Note: It is highly suggested that “jargon” be reduced as much as possible in the articles submitted. Note as well that articles will be edited, and efforts will be made to ensure that scholars have notification of the editing done prior to printing. If your article has been submitted to a journal for publication, give the name of publication and date submitted. If your article has been published previously, it will not be published in these conference volume. It is our hope to have the articles published in book form, whether electronic or paper by the end of February 2019. Accordingly, articles must be submitted on time.

MLA Format

MLA format is the required format for entries submitted for publication. An author who submits an entry which is not in MLA format will be requested to make changes; if changes are not made, then the entry will be rejected. In addition, please note that the article should use endnotes rather than footnotes. In-depth details on MLA format can be found online on such websites as the OWL at Purdue (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/01/) or in the MLA handbook printed by the Modern Language Association. A new handbook was issued in the past few years, so please make sure you use the current one in writing your paper.

Note: if you are unsure of examples of MLA usage, please ask for examples if needed.
