Felicity Skelton taught Creative Writing and English Literature for over twenty years. She writes short stories and poetry. Over the last five years she has published stories in various anthologies, including “The Curate's Wife” in the best-selling Red Room anthology ed. A. J. Ashworth (Unthank Books 2013), and “Geography” in Overheard: Stories for Reading Aloud, ed. Jonathan Taylor (Salt 2012) which won the Saboteur Award for Best Fiction Anthology 2013. Her collection, Eating A Sandwich, was published by Smith/Doorstop in 1999. At present she is working on a linked collection. She has a PhD in contemporary Canadian short fiction.
